Experience a new feature and exciting new feature updates.

Today, we have released one new feature and four new feature updates on our online survey platform:

Salesforce Integration (Update)
Panel Improvements (Update)

The new feature and updates are a part of Voxco Research’s user capabilities-building initiatives.

Version 6.9 went live in April this year and included one new feature and several feature updates. This is phase 2, where we bring more feature updates and another new feature.

Here’s a brief summary of the new feature and updates:

Text Highlighter(New)

Users can now design surveys with interactive texts to gather feedback on specific topics as per survey needs. Allow respondents to express opinions about the relevant theme in your text.

NPS Dashboard (Update)

The latest update allows users to filter their data based on two variables – date and question – enabling users to grasp insights relevant to the research objective.

Salesforce Integration (Update)

With this integration, we aim to automate use cases that are common to most Voxco clients, such as creating and assigning a new case in Salesforce when a Voxco survey respondent answers a low score (“detractor”) or a high score (“promoter”), or a medium score (“passive”) to an NPS question, etc.

Panel Improvements (Update)

In version 6.10 of the feature updates, we’ve added two new functionalities to Voxco Panel:

Easy management of panel attributes- Users can display & export panelist attributes
New filter capabilities and usability- Users can now see attributes like time zone, condition, survey name, etc., and filter on panelists within their activity history in the last survey take, all the surveys, or a subset.
