Product-specific terms
Effective Date: November 17, 2025
The following Product-Specific Terms apply to the Products and offerings specified below and supplement the Terms and Conditions or another agreement entered between Customer and Service Provider (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used and not defined in the Product-Specific Terms have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
Consumer Reach & Consumer Reach Plus
Technology Services
- Unlimited Sessions & Projects. Authorized users can conduct an unlimited number of interviews and projects during the contract Term.
- Genie Experience Agents:
- Insights Agent
- Project Agent
- Interview Agent
- Pre-recorded Research Uploads. Customers may upload up to 50GB or 100 files of external pre-recorded videos, whichever happens first. Content created on Discuss' platform does not count toward this limit.
Support Services
- Session Support.
- Project Management Support: Discuss provides a dedicated project manager for:
- Respondent technical verification
- Session scheduling
- Recruitment and pre-task monitoring
- Respondent profile creation
- Training for efficient usage
- Dedicated Customer Support Manager: Including a welcome training session to orient users on the Discuss platform.
Professional Services
- Recruitment credits. Recruit credits are available under the following terms:
1. Quarterly Compliance Review
Discuss shall conduct quarterly reviews to ensure Customer’s compliance with the conditions outlined in the table above.
- If non-compliance is identified, Discuss will provide:
- A detailed report of the non-compliant project (s).
- An itemized statement of charges at Discuss’ standard ad-hoc rates.
- These charges will be communicated before any invoice is issued.
2. Recruitment Classification
- Unless specified otherwise in a quote, Discuss reserves the right to determine the classification category for any recruit.
- Profiles listed in Annex B are exempt from the general Consumer Reach conditions and will be governed by separate terms defined by the Parties in its due time.
3. Recruitment Timelines
- Customers must adhere to the recruitment timelines provided by Discuss.
- Expedited timelines may incur additional charges.
4. Feasibility and Criteria Adjustments
- If Discuss assesses that the recruitment criteria may impact feasibility:
- Discuss will promptly notify the Customer.
- Both parties shall collaborate in good faith to adjust project parameters (e.g., criteria, timelines) to improve feasibility.

5. Fair Market Value (FMV) for HCPs
- If a specific FMV rate for Healthcare Professionals is required:
- Customer must communicate this before the project begins.

- Later adjustments may incur additional fees or affect timeline

6. Additional Charges
- Requests that deviate from the above conditions may result in standard ad-hoc rate charges.
- Services beyond those listed will also be subject to additional fees.
7. Recruit credit Usage and Expiration
- Recruit credits are required to initiate and run a project. If the Customer does not have sufficient recruit credits available, project commencement will be delayed until the necessary credits are acquired.
- Credits must be utilized within the contract term; any unused credits will expire at the end of the contract period and will not roll over or be refunded.
- Moderation (Available only in Consumer Reach Plus)
- Moderation credits: Moderation Credits are for the total of Authorized Users per the Term. A moderation credit is a single unit of the moderation service provided for a session.
- 1 In-Depth Interview (IDI) up to 2 hours = 1 moderation credit.
- 1 Dyad, Triad, or Focus Group up to 2 hours and a half = 2 moderation credits.
- The selection of moderators for services provided under this Order shall be at the sole discretion of Discuss.
- For all projects that include moderation, the following additional components are included:
- Moderation credits: Moderation Credits are for the total of Authorized Users per the Term. A moderation credit is a single unit of the moderation service provided for a session.
- Screener Writing: One (1) screener per project to qualify participants.
- Project Briefings & Debriefings: Three (3) hours total across both activities to ensure alignment and review of the project's objectives and outcomes.
- Screener & Report Writing (only applies for projects where Discuss does not provide moderation)
- Screeners: Only available if Discuss recruits.
- Genie-Assisted Reports: The Genie-Assisted Report, available only with an assigned Project Manager, covers up to 20 interviews or 10 focus groups (90 minutes each) and is produced exclusively in English, though available in 10 languages (quotes in English only). Clients must provide report specifications, including the research objective and four distinct questions for the report to answer. The output is a 20-slide report addressing four research questions and three main themes, featuring highlight reels, an executive summary, and recommendations.
- Screeners: Only available if Discuss recruits.
Annex A
Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms
- Recruit credit Deduction
- If a session or project with scheduled respondents (including incentives, screener writing, or reporting) is canceled or postponed, applicable recruiting credits will be deducted accordingly.
- The recruit credit deduction upon cancellation or rescheduling will match the original recruitment level (e.g., Level 1 = 1 credit, Level 2 = 3 credits, etc.).
- If a session or project with scheduled respondents (including incentives, screener writing, or reporting) is canceled or postponed, applicable recruiting credits will be deducted accordingly.
- Associated Service Allocations
- Any associated service allocations (moderation credits, screeners, reports, etc) related to the canceled or postponed session or project will be deducted accordingly.

- Cancellations or Rescheduling with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice
- In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a session with less than 24 hours' notice, Discuss will be entitled to invoice Customer for the Premium Live Interview Tech Support for any cancellations that exceed a cancellation rate of 15% of the total scheduled sessions.
- Total cancellations will be calculated quarterly.
- Any additional charges will be at the then-current ad-hoc rate for Premium Live Interview Tech Support (as of the date of such calculation) or at any other agreed rate between the Parties.
- Additionally, Discuss will be entitled to invoice Customer for any other cancellations that apply in accordance with Discuss’ cancellation policy:
- In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of a session with less than 24 hours' notice, Discuss will be entitled to invoice Customer for the Premium Live Interview Tech Support for any cancellations that exceed a cancellation rate of 15% of the total scheduled sessions.
Annex B
Profiles Not Covered
The following profiles are excluded from the scope of the Consumer Reach Subscription. However, Discuss, may, at its discretion and subject to feasibility, provide services for these profiles at additional ad-hoc rates.
