Raymond Cyr

Raymond Cyr has more than 40 years of experience in the fields of Computer Software and Statistics applied to Social and Market Research. His studies in Mathematics and Physics Engineering combined with early employments in his career at the Société de Mathématiques appliquées and CROP, a well known Social Research firm in Montreal, have prepared him to found Voxco in 1976. His background and his will have been two of the driving forces to design, develop and bring to the Research place efficient and productive software solutions and services to fulfill clients changing needs. Raymond is an active member of MRIA, MRA and ESOMAR.

Juergen Hessdoerfer
Managing Director – Germany
Juergen Hessdoerfer joined Voxco in October 2009 as Managing Director of Voxco´s office in Germany and is responsible for Central/Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Asia/Pacific. He is a member of Voxco Group´s Senior Management Team. Juergen has worked 15+ years in the telecommunications, contact centers and IVR self-service industries, mainly in the solutions and applications business for corporate and vertical markets. Before joining Voxco he held management positions as Technical Services Manager, Sales Director and General Manager. In these roles he was a member of the Europe Middle East and Africa management team working for the US-based market leader for Multimedia Applications. He focused on the development of sales and marketing strategies, business development and market positioning. Within just a few years the extent of his sales responsibility grew from that of a startup to an impressive several million US$ market leader. A Certified Coach, Juergen has made sales management and strategic sales his key focus in sales and management positions. He holds a lectureship for strategic sales management at the University of Applied Sciences in Aschaffenburg/Germany.

Gilles Bernasconi
Managing Director - France
M. Bernasconi has extensive experience in the software development and sales fields as well as valuable Market Research expertise. A Control Data Institute graduate, Gilles started his career as IT Manager at Research International. In 1989, he moved to Conversoft as Development Engineer. Over the years, he was appointed Project Manager, Technical Director and finally, Assistant Director. Gilles was appointed Managing Director of Voxco's Paris office in 2006.
