To ensure the optimal implementation of Voxco solutions at our clients’ sites, we have put into place a team of project management experts
Voxco assigns a Project Manager to each of its clients. The Project Manager is the main point of contact between Voxco and the client for the duration of the implementation, and until the solution is officially approved. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the various phases in the deployment of Voxco’s solutions. For example, he/she will coordinate site preparation, installation, training schedules and any other steps required. Hence, the Project Management Service coordinates the following elements: - Validation of the fit between Voxco’s solution and the client’s site environment
- Product Gap Analysis report if required (ex: specific features)
- Analysis of data transfer to Voxco Panel Manager (if applicable)
- Project Plan
- Organization of the kick-off meeting
- Installation planning
Installation acceptance Training schedule coordination Solution acceptance Identification of any additional service needs (ex: questionnaire programming, Web portal configuration analysis, etc.)
