An integrated management console for mixed-mode survey data collection Description Voxco Command CenterTM is a fully integrated system for creating and managing all kinds of survey campaigns using multiple and mixed- mode data collection: CATI (telephone), CAWI (Web self-administered), CAPI (mobile, synchronous and asynchronous), IVR (telephone self-administered). All questionnaires, sample and data, stored centrally on an SQL server, are distributed to interviewers via Internet or Intranet. Seamless coupling with our ProntoTM telephony server delivers predictive dialing and IVR functions without compromising any quality and features available in a traditional call center setting.
