| We are looking for someone to join our Technical Support team. You will be involved with our International Customer base in providing Help Desk Support, installation and training on our tools. In order to accommodate our hours of Customer support operations, you will have to be flexible with your time, including receiving calls in evenings and weekends and be available to travel to Customer sites for installation or training. The candidate must be fully bilingual English/French spoken and written. You must be customer service oriented, very good and efficient at troubleshooting. Voxco provides a training program to its employees in order to ensure full proficiency on our applications. Prior experience with our tools or similar would be an asset. Technical Knowledge:
