Montréal (QC) – Voxco, world-class software specialist in applications for collection and processing of strategic data, pursuing its growth strategy focused on its existing customers, is proud to announce the creation of the Voxco Solutions Group, and the promotion of Emmanuel Greciet to the lead this group.

This new group will enhance the quality and speed of response to the growing needs of our international client base; it brings together the four first-line service teams: Professional Services, Project Management, Training and Technical Support.

Over the last four years, Emmanuel, responsible for Technical Support, followed by Professional Services, and recently Project Management at Voxco, has applied his talents and dynamism towards best serving Voxco’s clients. With more than 15 years of experience in technical support and project management, in North America, Europe and the Middle-East, Emmanuel was a natural choice for this role. “I am very proud to take on this new challenge which will enable us to increase the synergy of our different client support teams”, says Emmanuel Greciet.

The Solutions Group will work on a global basis, in strict collaboration with Voxco’s R&D and Sales teams, with the objective of maximizing the benefits that clients obtain from their
Voxco solutions.
